I’d like to take a moment to wish a very happy wedding anniversary to my parents. 41 years ago today, my mom and dad drove to Las Vegas and married on April Fool’s Day.
My dad still insists he married my mom on April Fool’s Day just in case he should ever feel the need to call it off. He could say he was joking.
Now you know where my offbeat sense of humor originates.
